A: Absolutely! Steam or water extraction carpet cleaning goes hand-in-hand with our service. We highly recommend adding it to your package – it'll help you get your full deposit back by making those carpets look brand spankin' new!
Q: Will you clean external windows or those hard-to-reach internal ones?
A: Sorry, but we have to pass on those. Safety comes first, and we don't want anyone risking their necks on ladders or anything like that. But don't worry, we'll make sure all the easily accessible windows are sparkling clean!
Q: Do your cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment?
A: They always do! Our crews come fully loaded with all the gear and products they need to tackle even the toughest jobs.
Q: Are kitchen appliances included in the end-of-tenancy clean?
A: Of course! What kind of end-of-tenancy clean would it be if we didn't get those appliances looking spiffy? We'll give one of each of these a good scrub-down: oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. Just a heads up – if you've got a massive American-style fridge or a double oven, those might cost a bit extra since they're bigger and take more time.
Q: Do I need to defrost my fridge and freezer before the deep clean?
A: Yes, you'll need to defrost those bad boys 24 hours before we come in. If they're still icy when we get there, our cleaners won't be able to do their magic.

A: Absolutely! Just let us know if you want to add any of those to your package.
Q: How long does the clean usually take?
A: It typically takes anywhere from 3 to 5 hours. Smaller jobs might be quicker, and bigger ones could take a bit longer.
Q: Can you pick up the keys from my local estate agents?
A: Sure thing! As long as they're within a 5-10 minute walk from the property, we can grab and return the keys at no extra cost. If they're further than that, we'll have to tack on a small fee of £10 or £20.
Q: How many cleaners will come for the job?
A: For a small studio or one-bedroom place, we'll send one cleaner. But for bigger properties, we'll have a team of two or three cleaners. And for really big jobs, we might send anywhere from 3 to 8 of our highly skilled and experienced cleaners.
Q: Do you offer any kind of guarantee?
A: Absolutely! Our end-of-tenancy service comes with a 7-day guarantee. So if you notice anything that needs a little extra attention within 7 days after we're done, just give us a shout, and we'll send a team back out to fix it up at no extra cost.
Q: Do I need to be present during the clean?
A: Yes, we'll need you or someone representing you to be there at the start and end of the job. At the beginning, you can go over any specific needs with our crew. And at the end, you'll sign off on the checklists to make sure everything was done to your satisfaction and settle up the final payment. If you can't be there, we can try to work something out, but it's really best if at least one person can represent both sides.
